Our three core 1-day workshops, Enlightened Body, Enlightened Eating and Enlightened Thinking cost just £60 each. If you then choose to have a personal assessment it will cost another £60 and should you choose to go on to be supported on a 12-week personal programme it will cost just £9 per week. You can either pay for the whole programme in one go or pay for each part as you progress through your programme. You can also choose to add extra classes and therapies at your own discretion. N.B. We offer a full, ‘no questions asked’, money back guarantee if, at any time, you are unhappy with the course contents or results. If you have health insurance then the initial assessments and some of the treatment sessions can almost certainly be claimed back.
