Including two or three ‘Urban Retreats’ that start on a Friday evening and run over a full weekend, this course gives participants a taste of new and better living habits, providing a springboard to lasting, rather than temporary good health. Each weekend consists of a themed programme of learning and activities, during which participants gain the knowledge and tools that will further transform their thinking and habits and thus their health and abilities. Advanced learning modules add to the participant’s existing knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and seek to further build an understanding of how the modern world has created so many unnecessary stresses. During these weekends participants will continue to cleanse their bodies and learn more advanced routines that can be integrated into their own lives. Around these learning modules they will also practice advanced physical routines that will further transform their bodies. As well as being educational, cleansing and relaxing, these weekends are also designed to be fun and sociable. As in the core programme groups, the other graduates in these groups can act as a continued source of support and inspiration. We thus organise games, walks in Hyde Park and an optional sleep-over on the Saturday night. When participants leave their Healthy Living weekend they will feel more alive, vital, informed, supported and focused on the weeks ahead. They will know who they are, what they’re doing in life, why they are doing it and how to stay on a healthy track when distractions and temptations inevitably come around. Alongside their personal work, participants will also be encouraged to undertake a joint social project to try to use their combined knowledge and skills to make a lasting improvement to the local community. More details about the Healthy Living Programme will be made available to you once you have completed the three basic programmes. To get going simply book onto one of our 1-day core workshops (Enlightened Body, Enlightened Eating or Enlightened Thinking.
