How does it work?
There are four steps to an Enlightened Thinking programme:
Step 1: Attend our 1-day introductory workshop. This will help you to better understand how the brain evolved, showing you why changes to our modern society have led to stressful ways of thinking and living. You will also learn the relaxation and reflective techniques that will ultimately build calmness, understanding and a mastery of your own mind.
Step 2: Book a 1-hour assessment. This will allow us to take a basic life history from you and start to explain why you think and behave the way you do. We will also make an assessment of your beliefs, confidence, daily mood and current life success so we can monitor any changes as your programme progresses.
Step 3: Start a 12-week programme and attend a weekly progress class. You will be given a programme specifically designed for your needs which you will undertake as part of your everyday life. You will also attend a weekly class to check on your progress, introduce new concepts, allow you to ask questions and to receive support from your group.
Step 4: Attend a 1-hour review. At the end of the 12-week period you will meet with your tutor again to assess your progress and plan an ongoing routine to maintain your improvements and help you take the next step in improving your overall health.
