Every year new studies emerge showing that degenerative changes in the body can be arrested and reversed through ‘significant’ lifestyle change.
As these studies emerge it is becoming clear that the majority of lifestyle advice given by doctors and health authorities is too moderate and too disjointed to have a significant impact on people’s’ chronic health problems.
