I attended a 12 week course at the light centre last year, October to December.
Since the course i have had a few battles with my diet trying to manage it and the strains of modern living, however I keep coming back to what I learned at the Light Centre.
I have made a lot of life changes which I can truly credit to the knowledge you shared over those 12 weeks and have observed a huge improvement in energy and mood when avoiding all foods in the Red zone.
After spending most of my adult life working in the drinks trade which I no longer work in, I have managed to remove alcohol from my diet completely. It started with beer which was fairly easy and then eventually down to no alcohol. That was over 3 months ago and this has made it much easier to manage my blood sugars and cravings for Red food. The psychological lessons on habits and rules really helped me to get over that one particularly.
All my friends have commented on how clear my skin is and how much younger I look. I never go to the gym but they observe I seem fitter than friends who do.
I have moved house and now practice yoga close to where I live plus your short routines at home and do lots of walking and cycling plus eat well. I go to bed around 10pm and get up at 6.00am.
Simple as that, I now rarely get slagged off for not eating cow’s dairy, for example, or for my love of various nuts and berries. In fact most of my friends are all ears at the moment.
Anyway I feel blessed to have attended your course and dearly hope you are well yourself.
