Using our unique insight into the evolution of the human body and mind we explain why people who work at desks and computers get neck, back and other bodily pains. What’s more we show them a simple routine to undo the physical stresses they have already created and thus allow them to work in greater comfort.
Secondly, we explain what stress really is and how it manifests itself in working life, providing stress-relieving tools that will allow them to stay calm and focussed even in the most testing times.
Thirdly, we explain why working people regularly need stimulants such as sugar and caffeine to keep them going and how these actually leave them feeling increasingly more tired and demotivated. Through some simple dietary improvements we show them how to liberate their true energy levels whist at the same time improving their overall health.
This powerful programme can be run for individuals or a group of 12 staff members. It requires participants to contribute 1 hour per week for a 12-week period. Sessions can be held onsite or at the Light Centre.
Each participant starts with a personal assessment and is then coached through a 12-week action period to enable them to develop the new and better habits that will transform their health at work.
