Having been on the Light Programme many people have experienced significant life transformations. For instance:

Healthy Body

Geoff Messenger, a 59 year old man with recurrent low back pains, sinus problems and breathing difficulties, started the Healthy Body programme. He was a keen runner but his growing discomfort and inefficiencies were making him question his physical abilities. At the outset his body was very stiff and his functionality was poor, but after six months on the programme the benefits really started to show. He now says:

“Since I started the programme my overall flexibility and health has vastly improved. The physical work and dietary changes mean that I am now much healthier all round and it has helped me prolong my running career into my sixtieth year.”

Healthy Eating

Anne Fuller, a 45 year old woman was suffering from recurrent digestive problems for over 10 years and found, despite extensive investigation, no cure. On the Healthy Eating programme these problems soon started to disappear and she began to experience a level of health she had not known for many years. She now says:

“I am no longer overweight, I no longer crave sugar, headaches are a rarity, I am fitter, have more energy, a much better understanding of what my body needs and no problems with digestion! In short, I have a better life.”

Healthy Thinking

To test the efficacy of the Healthy Thinking’ programme we presented it to a number of professionals in the behavioural fields. The reaction we got was unanimously in support of the unique evolutionary approach and methodology. For instance Andrea E Osborn, an educational, wellness and master level addiction counsellor in Houston, Texas, wrote to say:
